How Registration Works
Have a team? Register your squad
Rosters carry 8 to 12 players, and spots fill on a first come, first served basis. Complete rosters are due four weeks before Week 1 so jerseys and shirts arrive in time. Full payment is due before your first game.
No team? No problem
Sign up as a free agent. When we have enough free agents we build a team from the available players, and otherwise we work to place you on a roster that needs depth. Which division should I join?
Men's Gold is high level competition for former college players and elite hoopers. Men's Silver is competitive but accessible. The Women's Division is one of the only dedicated women's adult leagues in New Jersey. Not sure where you fit? Tell us your background and we'll recommend a division.
The fine print
All players must be 18 or older and complete the liability waiver before playing. To be playoff eligible you must be on the original roster and play at least 2 regular season games. Registration fees are non-refundable. Full details are in the official league rules.
