How much does registration cost?

I do not have a full team to register with. Can I still sign up as a free-agent?
Yes! Individual players may sign up as a free-agent. If there are enough players, Showtime Sports NJ will create a free-agent team for all individual players available. Otherwise, we can see if any existing team is seeking an extra player and potentially add you to their team roster.

Do you provide league shirts/jerseys?
Yes, league shirts will be provided. For some seasons, we may provide jerseys or full set uniforms. Players are expected to wear their own shorts if full set uniforms are not provided.

How many players can I have on my team?
Player rosters must have a minimum of 7 players. We max out our rosters at 12 players each. If you have more than this, please contact us for approval.

How many games are played in each season?
Each season contains between 6-7 regular season games plus playoffs to eligible teams. This may change for future seasons.

What days are the games played?
For the Summer League 2024 season, Men's Gold and Women's Divisions will be held on Sunday's from 10AM-6PM.
Men's Gold and Women's Divisions will also run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-10PM.
This may change for future seasons.

Where are your games played?
Our games for the Men's Gold and Women's Divisions are held at Rutgers Preparatory School in Somerset, NJ.
Games for the Men's Gold and Women's Divisions Night leagues will be held at the Fred Erxleben Recreation Center in Elizabeth, NJ
This may change during and for future seasons.

How do I get to the gym?
For Men's Gold and Women's Divisions on Sundays, games will be held in the Upper Gym at Rutgers Prep. The Rutgers Prep campus is located along Easton Ave in Somerset, NJ. Here is the campus map that can help you find your way to the gym. This may change for future seasons.
For Tuesday and Thursday Night Leagues, games will be held at the Fred Erxleben Recreation Center in Elizabeth, NJ. -
Can I request to be traded to another team after the season starts?
No. Players cannot request to be traded to another team once the first league game of the season has started unless due to unforeseeable circumstances or approved by Showtime Sports NJ.

I'm interested in playing but it looks like the season already started. Can I still sign up?
No. New players may not be accepted after the first game of the season, unless due to uncontrollable circumstances that Showtime Sports NJ deems necessary.

Summer League 2024 is LIVE!
Men's Gold and Women's Divisions regular season games will run on Sundays from June 2nd through July 21st with playoffs to follow.
Men's Gold Division Tuesday Night League will tip-off on Tuesday, July 9th and Women's Division Thursday Night League on Thursday Night on Thursday, July 11th.
